About Genpact AP Trace
Genpact AP Trace is an Agentic solution based on LLM model that provides a transparent and future-proof reliable platform to effectively detect duplicates and anomalies within the Accounts Payable process. The solution provides a two-tiered assessment of daily posted invoices based on pre-configured rules, and an LLM assessment of identified potential invoices against the 2-year historical invoice data to ensure reduced false positives.
Genpact AP Trace helps organizations to identify compliance issues, reduce cash leakages, minimize overpayments, and improve vendor experiences.
With Genpact AP Trace, complex data is displayed in easy-to-understand KPI dashboards that offer customers improved decision-making, enhanced productivity, transparency, and accountability.
Main features
- Dedupe detection: Genpact AP Trace has the capability to detect duplicate invoices. Based on the predefined configuration rules, the system marks the invoices as confirmed or potential duplicates, and prevents over payments and cash leakages from organization. Based on the Agentic LLM model against 2-year historical data, the system categorizes the invoices and collect user feedback to fine tune the LLM model.
- Anomaly detection: Genpact AP Trace has the capability to detect invoice anomalies based on the derived patterns from the 2-year historical data. Pattern match algorithms detect unusual attributes and vendor behavior patterns that misalign with outliers and may show risks. As an SME, a user can validate and review an anomaly and add comments.
- KPI-based Dashboards: Genpact AP Trace supports KPI-based dashboards for duplicates and anomalies offering real-time insights for informed decision-making. The complex data is displayed through intuitive visuals, making it easier to interpret. The KPI-based dashboards automate reporting, analysis, and tracking, thus boosting productivity while minimizing manual efforts. The end users can sort, filter and customize dashboards to meet specific needs.
- Auto validation of potential duplicates: Genpact AP Trace offers capabilities to auto validate the potential duplicate invoices. Even if the invoices appear similar but serve different purposes, then Genpact AP Trace can recognize and filter them out and mark them as confirmed duplicates or non duplicates.
